iResearch Employees Bringing Smiles to 75+ Children for Christmas

In the spirit of Christmas giving, The Giving for Good Foundation and the employees at iResearch Services celebrated by creating a unique 'Giving Tree' for 75 students. These children, from vulnerable backgrounds, are part of the recently launched campaign, 'School Supplies for Every Child.' The main aim of this event was to instill a sense of kindness and ensure these children feel valued and cared for, laying the foundation for our broader mission.

From the 18th to the 20th of December 2023, the aim was to involve iResearch employees in the act of selfless giving. The heartwarming initiative began by setting up a Christmas tree at iResearch’s Pune branch. To add a personal touch, children from our campaign were encouraged to write their Christmas wishes, ranging from simple items like socks and stationery to more significant ones like cricket bats and sports shoes. These handwritten notes adorned the Christmas tree, offering employees the opportunity to fulfill a child's Christmas wish.



The response from iResearch employees surpassed all expectations, with almost 300 eagerly volunteering for the initiative. Remarkably, all the notes were picked up within 15 minutes! Going above and beyond, employees not only wrapped the requested gifts beautifully but also added extra surprises to each child's collection.

On the 20th of December 2023, employees personally handed out gifts to the 75 children, establishing an immediate connection between givers and receivers. To enhance the experience, snack boxes filled with children’s favorite treats were distributed. At day's end, each child left with gifts and unforgettable memories of a day filled with joy and kindness.

This festive event marked the beginning of our broader school supplies campaign. The genuine joy on the faces of the children left an indelible mark on the hearts of the employees. This act of generosity is a powerful reminder of the profound impact even small contributions can have on the lives of those in need. The team at the Giving for Good Foundation hopes to harness this enthusiasm and support from donors, emphasizing that the joy derived from making a difference in someone's life is an unparalleled reward.
