On April 17th, the Giving for Good Foundation held its eighth school supplies distribution drive under our ongoing campaign, 'School Supplies for Every Child.' This event occurred at Vishwashanti Samajik Pratishthan Dnyandeep Balgruh in Pune, where we distributed essential educational materials to 45 children from grades 1st to 10th.
Four dedicated volunteers and our Goodness Officers ensured the smooth execution of the event, making certain that each child received the supplies they needed. This final drive of phase 1 added to the collective impact of 554 children, representing a significant milestone in our mission. By ensuring every child has access to the necessary learning tools, we empower students to pursue their educational goals with confidence.
The enthusiastic response from students and teachers always reaffirms our impact. As we conclude Phase 1, we're energized by our progress and eager to build on this success in future phases, expanding our reach to touch more young lives across India.
