On August 9th, 2024, the Giving for Good Foundation held its biggest school supplies drive, distributing 372 bags to students from two Zilla Parishad schools near the scenic hills of Bhimashankar, Pune.

On August 9th, 2024, the Giving for Good Foundation conducted its largest-ever school supplies distribution drive in the beautiful green hills of Bhimashankar, located about 62 km from Pune. Our mission was to deliver 372 school bags filled with essential educational supplies to students from two Zilla Parishad schools in the villages of Nirgudsar and Pargaon.

This special day was made possible by the support of 20 dedicated employees from iResearch Services, who generously used their paid volunteer leave to join the drive. Collectively, these volunteers spent 120 hours with the Giving for Good Foundation, transforming a regular day off into a day of impact and joy.

From the early hours, these enthusiastic volunteers swapped their office routines for a meaningful adventure, ensuring that 372 children received not only school supplies but also smiles and hope for the future. The dedication and teamwork displayed by the volunteers created a vibrant atmosphere, and the children’s excitement was palpable as they received their new school bags.

This remarkable drive stands as a testament to the power of collaboration and the collective will to make a difference.
